How it works

Coverage = open pipeline ÷ target
Coverage needed = 1 ÷ win rate

If you win 25% of pipeline, you need 4× the target in pipeline. Many teams use 3× as a default, but your own win rate is more accurate. Only count opportunities that can realistically close in the period.
